Factors like stairs, lack of a lift, narrow hallways, long carrying distances from door to truck, difficult parking, or building time restrictions can all increase handling time and labour.
Labour required (crew size) and job duration
Heavier or larger homes/offices necessitate more movers to ensure safety and efficiency. While more crew members increase hourly rates, they often reduce total job duration, offering a cost-effective solution.
Special handling / heavy items
